Chicken breast is an excellent source of protein and also contains minerals, like iron, calcium and phosphorus, as well as B complex vitamins, including B3, B6 and folic acid.
- Bake potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil. When done, remove from oven, cut in wedges and baste with two tablespoons of Nutrioli®. Arrange on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and return to oven. Bake at 350 °F until golden-brown.
- Cut chicken breast into nuggets of desired size and baste with 4 tablespoons of Nutrioli®. Season with salt and pepper. Combine breadcrumbs with Italian herbs and coat nuggets as much as possible. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 °F.
