Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, folates, iron and potassium, which protect your immune system and improve circulation.
- Heat Nutrioli® in a pot and sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add cauliflower florets and let cook for a few minutes. Set aside a few pieces for garnish. Add chicken stock to the rest and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Puree soup in blender with cheese and cream. Return to pot and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Can be served with pieces of cooked cauliflower and shredded cheese.
