Honey-Teriyaki Salmon

Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids, which promote cardiovascular health, as well as B complex vitamins, which improve circulation.


  • 4 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 TBSP rice vinegar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 4 pieces of salmon
  • 2 TBSP Nutrioli®
  • Pepper to taste
  • Steamed spinach

  1. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Stir well and place salmon fillets in marinade. Let marinate for 20 minutes in refrigerator. Heat Nutrioli® on a heavy grill. Place salmon fillets on grill and season with pepper. Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until reaching desired degree of doneness. Serve with spinach on the side.
