Infused Oils

Give your dishes a special touch with these infused oils made with Nutrioli®. Your preparations will be not only delicious, but also nutritious.



For aromatic herbs:

  • 2 cups Nutrioli®
  • ½ large sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of fresh basil
  • 1 tsp multi-colored peppercorns
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 bottle washed and sanitized

For garlic and dried chili peppers:

  • 2 cups Nutrioli®
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • ¼ cup dried chile de árbol
  • 1 TBSP dried serrano peppers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 bottle washed and sanitized

  1. To make either type of oil, pour Nutrioli® into clean bottle, add ingredients through neck of bottle, close bottle using a cap or cork, and decorate with ribbons. Store in a cool place to preserve freshness.
