Pineapple is one of the most nutritious fruits. It’s rich in vitamin C, B complex vitamins and potassium. It also revs up the metabolism and facilitates digestion.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- In a heavy skillet, mix together brown sugar and butter and melt until forming a thick caramel. Pour into the bottom of 6 individual cake pans previously lined with wax paper. Place pineapple slices and raspberries on top of caramel and set aside.
- Combine cake mix with Nutrioli®, eggs and syrup from the pineapple. Pour into cake pans until ¾ full. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven, release from cake pans and serve.
