Mushrooms are a well-balanced food that’s rich in protein, fiber, B complex vitamins and minerals, including potassium, calcium and magnesium.
- Heat two teaspoons of Nutrioli® in a skillet and sauté onion until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté, stirring constantly.
- Puree tomatoes, chipotle peppers and garlic in blender. Strain and add to skillet. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until color changes. Season with chicken bouillon powder and bring to a boil. Cook until mixture thickens slightly.
