Nutritious Breakfast Sandwich


Fill yourself with energy with this delicious, complete breakfast, containing all the carbohydrates, protein and essential fats you need to start the day off right.


  • 4 pieces of whole-grain bread
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup Nutrioli®
  • 1 large bunch of spinach
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices of smoked turkey ham
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash and drain spinach. Heat 2 teaspoons of Nutrioli® in a skillet and sauté mushrooms for two minutes. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook until spinach is tender. In a separate skillet, heat turkey ham.
  2. Fry eggs in remaining Nutrioli® until reaching desired doneness. Drain off excess oil. Toast bread according to your preferences. Arrange a bed of mushrooms and spinach on each slice and place a fried egg on top. Serve with a slice of turkey ham on the side.
