Savory T-Bone Steak


This cut of beef contains protein and is rich in iron, as well as B and K vitamins, which aid in coagulation. You can serve this dish with a delicious green salad. Remember to consume meat in moderation.


  • 4 T-bone steaks (or other lean, bone-in cut)
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 TBSP multi-colored peppercorns
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ TBSP paprika
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 4 TBSP Nutrioli®

  1. Use a mortar and pestle to grind spices together.
  2. Heat half of the Nutrioli® in a skillet and sauté onion until translucent. Sprinkle with half the spice mixture and brown slightly.
  3. Sprinkle meat with other half of spice mixture. Heat a hotplate and grease with remaining Nutrioli®. Cook meat to desired doneness. Serve topped with seasoned onions.
