- Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add soy protein and salt. Let boil for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out all liquid.
- Heat Nutrioli® and sauté onion until translucent. Add soy protein and fry for two minutes. Puree tomatoes in blender with chipotle chilies and garlic. Strain and pour over soy protein. Season with chicken bouillon powder and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
