Asian-Style Tri-Tip

Beef is rich in B complex vitamins, as well as vitamin K, protein and minerals, including iron, which aids in circulation. Always choose lean cuts of meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (diced)
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 TBSP apple juice
  • 3 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Nutrioli®
  • 1 lb. beef tri-tip
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 carrots (julienned)
  • 3 stalks celery (julienned)
  • 3 spring onions (julienned, including green part)
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except rice in a bowl and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a deep skillet or wok with 2 teaspoons of Nutrioli®. Sauté vegetables first for 2 minutes. Add tri-tip and cook everything together until meat reaches desired doneness. Serve with brown rice.
