These delicious, convenient meat and vegetable skewers will supply your child with all the protein, vitamins and energy he or she needs to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 8 bamboo skewers
  • 16 turkey cocktail wieners
  • 8 slices of turkey ham, cut in half
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small pepper, cut in squares
  • ½ of a red onion, cut in squares
  • 16 cube-shaped pieces of panela cheese
  • 2 tsp Nutrioli®

Directions

  1. Fold ham into small wedges and place on skewer, alternating with other ingredients (tomatoes, onion, wieners, cheese and peppers).
  2. Spread Nutrioli® on hot grill. Cook skewers until all ingredients are heated. Serve immediately.
