Cambray Potatoes with Epazote

Enjoy these delicious potatoes, which will fill you with energy, thanks to their high carbohydrate content. They also supply protein, vitamin C and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen cambray potatoes
  • 4 TBSP Nutrioli®
  • 1 poblano pepper (grilled and seeded)
  • 2 TBSP chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 large bunch of wormseed, a/k/a Mexican tea (washed)

Directions

 

  1. Wash potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked, but not falling apart.
  2. Grind wormseed in blender with chili pepper, bouillon powder and oil. Pour resulting sauce into a pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and let them brown in sauce. Serve hot.
