Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup Nutrioli®
  • 1 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

  1. Grease a 10″ Bundt pan with butter and then flour.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, adding eggs one by one. Add Nutrioli® and milk, followed by dry ingredients, little by little, beating continuously. Consistency should be thick.
  4. Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350 °F for 35 minutes.

 

TIPS:

Can be served alone or with chocolate frosting.
