Peas supply vitamins A, B and C, as well as potassium, magnesium, fiber and antioxidants. Vegetables should be included in your daily diet.
- Fry bacon in Nutrioli® until crisp. Remove from pan. Mash all but ½ cup of the peas with milk. Pour into pan with bacon grease. Add un-mashed peas. Season with salt, pepper and chicken bouillon powder. Lower heat and cook soup until it comes to a boil.
Can be served with a few croutons and a little blue cheese.
