Fish Fingers

Fish contains a high percentage of protein and essential omega-3 fatty acids, which mainly promote cardiovascular health.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. fish fillets, cut in small strips
  • 1 cup crackers (crushed)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups Nutrioli®
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place fish fillets in a bowl, pour lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper. Drain and dredge in flour, then in egg whites. Bread with cracker crumbs, pressing firmly to make sure they adhere firmly.
  2. Pour Nutrioli® into a baking dish and arrange fish fillets without overlapping. Bake at 350 °F until golden-brown on one side. Turn and bake other side. Serve hot or at room temperature.
