Game Day Bean Dip

Beans are an important source of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Enjoy this delicious, healthy dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pinto beans
  • ½ cup cooked garbanzo beans
  • 2 cups chard (washed, drained and stemmed)
  • 2 TBSP sesame paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 sage leaves
  • ½ cup Nutrioli®
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until as smooth as possible. Serve in a dish, sprinkled with paprika.
