Pineapple is high in vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. It also contains bromelain, a mixture of enzymes that aid in digestion.
- Peel pineapple and cut in slices between ½” and ¾” in width.
- In a small bowl, combine tequila, cilantro, Nutrioli® and chili powder. Pour over pineapple.
- Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow pineapple to absorb flavors. Afterwards, drain and heat on a hotplate, griddle or grill.
- Grill pineapple pieces for 4–5 minutes on each side and serve.
