Hot Wings


Chicken wings are rich in protein, vitamin B6, fiber and essential fatty acids. Enjoy these delicious wings and share them with your family. To your health!


  •  20 chicken wings (washed)

  • ½ cup picante sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 TBSP Nutrioli®
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange wings without overlapping. Season with salt and pepper and bake at 400 °F for 35–40 minutes.

For sauce:

  1. To make sauce, combine Nutrioli® and picante sauce in a pan and add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Mix until sauce is thoroughly blended and not too thick. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. When wings are done, remove from oven and place in a bowl. Pour sauce over them and mix until thoroughly coated.
  3. Place coated wings back on the same baking sheet and aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.


Serve with ranch dressing and jicama, cucumbers and carrots, peeled and julienned.
