Kiwi Dressing

Kiwifruit is an important source of vitamin C and helps protect the immune system. Remember to watch your portions. Add a tablespoon to your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruits (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Nutrioli®
  • 2 TBSP vinegar (cider or red wine)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

Directions

  1.  Puree all ingredients in blender for two minutes. Refrigerate until time to serve. This dressing can be used on salads with lettuce and other ingredients, including cheese, tofu, soybeans and cold cuts.
