Did you know that lemons have copious amounts of vitamin C, which reinforces all the body’s defenses, especially the airways, and also eliminates toxins?
- Mix lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of Nutrioli®, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Add meat, close bag and refrigerate for 2 hours. Shake bag frequently to distribute marinade evenly.
- Remove meat from bag, pour marinade into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lightly grease grill with a teaspoon of Nutrioli® before cooking tenderloins. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade from the pan. Pour hot marinade on top and serve immediately.
