Mozzarella, Tomato and Ravioli Mini-Skewers



Enjoy this delicious side-dish with your family. Ravioli contains vitamins, minerals, fiber and energy! It’s full of vitamin B6, which helps prevent cardiovascular disease.


  • 24 cheese raviolis (cooked)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup Nutrioli®
  • 7 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 basil leaves
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ cup Nutrioli®
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook ravioli in boiling water until al dente. Drain and dredge in flour. Immerse in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry ravioli in generous amount of Nutrioli® until golden-brown. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  2. On each skewer, place two raviolis, one cherry tomato and a ball of mozzarella, finishing with leaf of fresh basil.
  3. Place on individual plates and drizzle with Nutrioli® and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
