- Cook ravioli in boiling water until al dente. Drain and dredge in flour. Immerse in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry ravioli in generous amount of Nutrioli® until golden-brown. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- On each skewer, place two raviolis, one cherry tomato and a ball of mozzarella, finishing with leaf of fresh basil.
- Place on individual plates and drizzle with Nutrioli® and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
