Noodles in Peanut Sauce


Peanuts are rich in antioxidants, minerals and B complex vitamins, which help repair and maintain the nervous system.


  • 14 oz. ramen noodles
  • 1 tsp Nutrioli®
  • ½ chicken breast, cut in small pieces
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP diced green onion
  • 3 TBSP rice vinegar
  • 2 cups coconut milk

  1. Heat Nutrioli® in a small saucepan. Add peanut butter, rice vinegar and coconut milk. Stir well and cook over low heat, but do not let sauce get too thick. Add green onion and remove from heat.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions on package and serve with sauce.
