Pork Loin Stuffed with Turkey Bacon and Ham



  • 2 lbs. pork loin
  • 1 thick slice of turkey ham
  • 4 strips of turkey bacon
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 cup precooked corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TBSP Nutrioli®
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Trim fat from pork loin. Use a long knife to make transverse cuts. Fill openings with turkey ham and bacon. Season with salt and pepper Heat Nutrioli® in a pot and sear pork loin. When browned on all sides, pour in beef stock, corn niblets and sprig of thyme. Cover and let boil over medium heat for 40 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Slice pork loin and serve hot.
