Did you know that pork is an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids and B complex vitamins?
- Combine sake, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Nutrioli® in a bowl. Trim all fat from pork medallions and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Afterwards, heat a heavy pan and sear medallions in batches. Brown on each side and then remove from skillet to make room for next batch.
- Once all medallions are seared, return to pan and pour in marinade. Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender and cooked through. Serve immediately.
