Pork Medallions in Teriyaki Sauce

Did you know that pork is an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids and B complex vitamins?

Ingredients

  • 8 pork medallions (3.5 oz. each)
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 TBSP sake
  • 3 TBSP rice vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Nutrioli®

  • 46g Fats
  • 34g Proteins
  • 2g Carbohydrates

Directions

  1. Combine sake, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Nutrioli® in a bowl. Trim all fat from pork medallions and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
  2. Afterwards, heat a heavy pan and sear medallions in batches. Brown on each side and then remove from skillet to make room for next batch.
  3. Once all medallions are seared, return to pan and pour in marinade. Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender and cooked through. Serve immediately.
