- Wash, peel and cut potatoes in thin slices. Combine in a bowl with beer. Let marinate for 20 minutes. Remove potatoes from beer and drain on paper towels to soak up excess moisture. Cut ham in cubes.
- Heat Nutrioli® in a skillet and sauté garlic until light yellow. Add ham, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Fry potatoes in same skillet for 4 minutes over low heat or until lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet, drain again on paper towels, salt and pepper and serve hot.
