Salmon Carpaccio

Salmon is an important source of DHA that contributes to the proper functioning and development of the brain. It also contains omega-3, which helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Nutrioli® oil.
  • 20 basil leaves.
  • 10 rosemary leaves.
  • 20 parsley leaves.
  • 500 g (1 lb) of salmon.
  • The juice of 4 limes.
  • 10 sliced olives.
  • 6 capers.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  1. Fry the basil, rosemary, and parsley in Nutrioli® oil in a pan for 1 minute.
  2. Blend the oil with the herbs in it and add salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the salmon in thin slices and arrange it on a dish.
  4. Top the salmon off with the prepared oil, lime juice, capers, olives, and salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.
