Shrimp Skewers

Besides being delicious, these shrimp brochettes contain essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and are an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus

Ingredients

  • 9 shrimp (size 16/20)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • ½ of an onion
  • 2 TBSP Nutrioli®
  • 3 skewers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Clean shrimp. Cut peppers and onions in ¾” squares.
  2. On first skewer, place a square of each color pepper, a shrimp and a piece of onion, repeating two more times. Do the same with remaining 2 skewers. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat Nutrioli® on grill and brown skewers, turning as needed, until fully cooked.
