- Clean shrimp. Cut peppers and onions in ¾” squares.
- On first skewer, place a square of each color pepper, a shrimp and a piece of onion, repeating two more times. Do the same with remaining 2 skewers. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat Nutrioli® on grill and brown skewers, turning as needed, until fully cooked.
