- Heat two tablespoons of Nutrioli® in a non-stick skillet and sauté onion until translucent. Add bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add ham and potatoes and cook for a few more minutes or until potato is browned. Remove from heat and let cool a little.
- Beat eggs with milk and salt. Add to potato mixture and stir well.
- Use remaining Nutrioli® to grease 4 individual baking pans. Fill to ¾ capacity with egg mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked. Release from pans and serve immediately.
