- Season each piece of steak with salt and pepper. Heat Nutrioli® in a skillet. Once hot, sear steaks on both sides until browned. Remove steaks from skillet and add shallots. Sauté until browned. Add balsamic vinegar and beef stock and boil until reduced by half. Add mustard and cook over low heat. Return steaks to skillet and cook for a few minutes, just enough to reheat them and reach the desired doneness. Serve with steamed spinach.
