- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat grill and oil with half of the Nutrioli®. Grill steaks until reaching desired doneness.
- Heat remaining Nutrioli® in a skillet and sauté mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Once golden-brown, sprinkle with flour and continue cooking. Add beef stock little by little and cook until gravy thickens slightly. Pour gravy over steaks before serving.
