Mushrooms are high in protein, fiber, B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium and iron, but low in calories.
- Heat Nutrioli® and butter in a heavy skillet. Sauté garlic until golden. Add chili rings and sauté for one minute. Add both types of mushrooms, season with salt and cook for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat and add chopped parsley. Mix well and let stand for a few minutes before serving with toasted whole-grain bread.
